Have you ever heard of closing a loan in 8 business days? For the first time in my life, I experienced it and had an amazingly seamless experience. I was looking for options to refinance my primary residence loan, where I could lower my mortgage payments or save in interest during the life cycle of my investment. In my first call with Mihir, he carefully heard all my requirements, and in less than 24 hours, he called me with multiple options. The options were not the traditional options that every loan officer provides, followed by asking for a substantial closing fee.
